Return Policy

1. Problem with Item - Call for RA Number 1-800-333-1194 or 717-254-FSIP (3747)
   
   
2. Part not needed - Call for a RA Number,  a restocking fee may be charged.
   
   
3. Part is defective - Call for RA Number, and Warranty RA will be issued for parts purchased from FSIP and ship date is one year or less.
   
   
4. Part is defective, or no longer in Warranty - no RA Number is necessary, just call Customer Service for Repair information.
   
   
5. ***Note: All Returns are to be shipped prepaid to FSIP,   FSIP will pay return freight for all in Warranty Repair and Returns.
